The ERGO TT2000 dryer has two speed setting, high and low, and 3 temperature settings; Cool, Low Heat and High Heat. With heat distribution maxing at 289F.

The ERGO Irons have 3 standard heat settings 390F, 420F, 450F. It is always recommend to begin with the lowest heat setting. For example, the 390F setting provides safe smoothing for color-treated hair. The 420F setting is for resistant or virgin hair types. 450F setting is for professional use only when providing keratin-type treatments.

All ERGO paddle brush pins are made from Nylon infused with Tourmaline and Carbon for shine and heat resistance.

The paddle brush pins are heat resistant up to 500 degrees and great for gripping or flat wrapping the hair for a smooth, frizz-free finish.

All ERGO round brush bristles are made from Nylon, infused with Tourmaline and Carbon for shine and heat resistance.

The round brush bristles have a recommended maximum heat use of 500 Degrees. BTW, hair should not be exposed to this temperature for an extended period of time, as it will contribute to damage and color fade.

All ERGO paddle brushes are designed to detangle wet hair when using the brush vertically aligning the pins in a row and for gripping the hair during a blowdry when using the brush horizontally, which will create tension.

The recommended cleaning instructions for an ERGO paddle brush is to soak the brush in warm soapy water to dislodge any product buildup. Wipe the brush down and proceed with state board-recommended disinfection procedures.

The recommended cleaning instructions for an ERGO round brush is to take a damp cloth to the brush by the barrel, squeezing, pulling, and rotating until the hair is removed from the bristles. Then soak the brush in warm soapy water to dislodge and product buildup. Wipe the brush down and proceed with state board recommended disinfection procedures.
